IRC took appellants to
tribunal.
At tribunal appellants
requested to be represented by Counsel and to be given copies of certain documents.
Registrar of tribunal
refused.
House of Lords held was
nothing so unfair about this procedure to entitle court to say that principles
of natural justice were not followed.
Appellants had sufficient
opportunity to state their contentions to tribunal.
Tribunal could decide the documents.
