obtained property from client for his own benefit.
House of Lords held solicitors liable.
Fact servant intending to benefit himself,
not employer, does not necessarily mean servant acting outside scope of his
Master liable for dishonesty / fraud of his
servant if it was done within course of his employment, no matter whether for
benefit of master or benefit of servant.
