House of Lords clearly stated that if the
predominant purpose of a combination is to injure another in his trade or
business or in his other legitimate interests then, if damage results, the tort
of conspiracy exists.
[In this case the plaintiffs lost though, because
primary purpose of defendants was to promote the interests of trade union
members rather than injure the plaintiffs]
