unless no other plausible explanation.
Article 85 [now 81] did not deprive firms of their
ability to adapt their behaviour intelligently to that of their competitors.
[This case different to ICI because:
1.  Although
future prices were being circulated, were going to customers not competitors.
2.  Woodpulp market
more cyclical, so advance publication of prices more easily justified.]
