drafting will owed duty of care to potential beneficiaries, pension adviser
owed duty of care to all potential beneficiaries under scheme.
Court of Appeal held duty of care owed by insurance company
to customer also extended to dependants of customer where it was clear that
customer intended dependants to benefit.
However no causative link between company’s breach and
damage.
